Let’s take a look at the main man himself, Stephen Arnold, A former semi-professional football player from England, who has now turned his attentions to building the best natural physiques in the world. Stephen is known for working with elite natural bikini and fitness models, physique and bodybuilding competitors.

Having clients achieve honours such as:

  • 1x National Title in Fitness Modelling

  • Numerous State Titles in Australia

After a long successful career as a football player, Stephen moved into a coaching role but eventually became frustrated at how little time he got to spend with each individual. A burning desire to help others achieve optimal results made him switch over to personal training when he relocated to Australia a few years ago.

Soon enough Stephen became a well-established and highly regarded fitness coach in Australia, with a natural mentorship personality he educates, empowers and enhances people’s lives. Always eager to help as many people as possible to become their best version of themselves, he has been producing successful results time and time again coaching clients towards PNBA Pro Bikini Card, INBA National Fitness Champion 2015 title and proudly holds a 100% bodybuilding competition placement rate.

Constantly investing in his education and development, Stephen has spent time with industry experts such as Dan Garner, Charles Poliquin, Stefan Ianev, Milos Sarcev and Sebastian Oreb to pull the best systems together from around the world to offer the complete toolbox to help clients understand and ultimately reach their fitness goals.

Looking into the future, Stephen is enthusiastic about being able to provide this perfect platform to reach people worldwide paired up with the now available DNA analysis to optimise your health and fitness results regardless if you are a professional athlete or someone looking at taking the first steps into a healthier lifestyle.


Ana Paula Aragão

Co-Founder & Coach

Originally from Brazil, passionate and prone to spending hours on her fitness, she has started her own fitness journey after the first winter living in Melbourne, Australia. Having spent the months before summer 2011 eating like there was no tomorrow with zero attention to her fitness, needless to say how miserable and unhealthy she felt.

It was the turning point for her to take responsibility to the state that she was in and set herself up a challenge by committing to lift weights three times a week combined with a healthier diet. One thing lead to the other and with the little fitness knowledge she had at the time, her body was transformed within a few months of hard work and commitment.

After experimenting with different training and nutrition protocols on her own, she eventually reached a plateau which made clear how important it is to have the help and knowledge of professionals along the way to achieve your fitness goals.

She is a strong believer of a balanced and sustainable lifestyle and as her health and fitness interest grew she decided to pursue her new found passion by getting proper education and obtaining international industry qualifications before coming together with Stephen Arnold to found MuscleGenetica.

Her aim is to guide and empower MuscleGenetica clients to take control of their fitness, gain confidence and become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves.

Ana Paula is an elite personal trainer and ICN iPRO Bikini Model who competes on an international level in natural bodybuilding.


Mark Smith

Technical Director

Mark Smith is a peak performance coach and specialises in bringing the athlete mindset to the field of business so that business owners and business leaders can create winning outcomes both personally and professionally. Mark has vast experience in both the sports and the business arenas providing his clients with a unique practical approach to Peak Performance Coaching in business.

Mark is a 2nd Dan black belt in karate and in 2001 achieved 3rd place at the World Karate Championships. To date, he has also completed three 24hr obstacle races in America and Sydney.

Mark's qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, he is a qualified Personal Trainer, Life Coach and Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP which he now combines to help people create outstanding physical and mental performance.

He has worked with British Olympic volleyball players, elite rugby players, soccer rising stars, and in business he has worked with executives and business owners including electricians, chiropractors, business coaches and real estate agencies to build their leadership muscle, as well as delivering team trainings for oil and gas companies.

After five years living in London and Spain, he now lives in Perth with his wife Sharon, two dogs Daisy and Voodoo and is the proud father of six month old twins, Cleo and Grace.

Micky Burns

Personal Trainer

In his younger days Micky was one of the best soccer players around his area reaching various team and individual competition finals. This lead to a trial with England under 17s back in 2007. After a successful first trial, Micky was asked to return to make up the final 20. Unfortunately, during the build up to the second trial Micky ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament and suffered cartilage damage, an injury he never fully recovered from. A few years later he did the same injury in the other knee.

Being out of sport and fitness for months on end he started to gain weight. Realising this was not the future for him, he turned to the gym. After completing a BSc degree in Sports Performance and Coaching he then went on to complete his personal training certification. After five years of experience working in a commercial gym in his hometown in England, he decided this wasn’t enough. A move to Australia was his best option to further his knowledge and development in personal training.

Micky’s approach to training is simple yet effective. It aims to better the person you were yesterday. He likes to find the right balance between lifestyle and training, however remains very focused on the job in hand. He is looking to compete in his first body building competition in 2018.
